Baptism Interest Form
The Bible says that all professing Christians should be baptized (Matthew 28:18-20). Whether you've been following Jesus for a long time and never got baptized or are a new Christian, we would be honored to baptize you!
Please note that we usually hold baptisms twice a year, once in the Spring and once in the Summer. A couple weeks prior to the baptism there is an informational class to help understand the church's stance on this ordinance. You may need to fill out an additional form with information for that specific event.
